Psychotherapy
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and asking for support isn't always easy.
Whether you're struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, challenging life experiences, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
You don't have to have everything figured out to begin, sometimes the first step is simply allowing yourself to be seen.

"I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen and understood."

Client Stories
Therapy has been a really good experience for me so far. I feel comfortable talking openly and honestly, and I never feel judged. Our conversations have helped me understand myself and my emotions better, and also notice things about the way I react or deal with certain situations. Sometimes we talk about things that are not easy for me to hear, but they usually make me think and see things differently.
I really appreciate the way you listen and ask questions instead of just telling me what to do. I feel like I’ve learned a lot about myself through this process, and I’m grateful for the support and for the work we’ve done together.
The best thing I ever did for myself was finding a therapist who created a safe, supportive space for growth. Through therapy, i have learned to be kinder to myself, communicate more effectively, and approach lifes challanges with greater confidence.
If you have a question not answered here, please reach out. I'm happy to talk it through before you book.
Absolutely. You don't need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to begin therapy. People come to therapy for many reasons, sometimes because they're struggling, and sometimes because they want to understand themselves, their relationships, or recurring patterns more deeply.
It's a brief, informal conversation where you can tell me a little about what brings you to therapy and ask any questions you may have. I'll also explain how I work and we can consider whether I might be the right fit for what you're looking for. There is no obligation to continue afterward.
The first session is primarily about understanding you and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say.
Sessions are available in Albanian and English.
Many clients begin with weekly sessions, but frequency depends on your needs, goals, and circumstances. We can discuss what makes the most sense for you during the initial consultation.
Yes. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcomes people of all identities, backgrounds, cultures, and relationship structures. My aim is to provide a respectful, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly and feel accepted as you are.
