About
I'm a clinical psychologist working with adults who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives
You might know that something doesn't feel right without being able to explain exactly why. Maybe you overthink, find it difficult to set boundaries, put enormous pressure on yourself, or notice the same patterns appearing again and again in your relationships.
In therapy, we don't only focus on making those feelings go away. We try to understand what's underneath them, where certain patterns came from, what they may have once helped you cope with, and whether they still serve you today.
For me, therapy is about understanding yourself more deeply and using that understanding to create meaningful change.
My path in psychology has taken me across different countries and clinical settings. I began my psychology education in Kosovo and later continued at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) in Budapest, where I completed my Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology.
Alongside my academic training, I gained experience in clinical mental health, addiction, and psychological assessment.
My further training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and psychological assessment. I am currently continuing my training in Longitudinal Trauma Therapy.
I continue to develop my work through ongoing training, research, supervision, and clinical practice.

My work as a psychologist has taken me through different areas of mental health, from suicide prevention and clinical practice to psychological assessment, research, and work with gifted individuals.
That curiosity has stayed with me throughout my work. I'm interested not only in what someone is experiencing, but in why: why certain patterns repeat, why we respond to situations the way we do, and how our experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and to others.
A significant part of my work has also been with gifted individuals, both through psychological assessment and therapy. This has given me a deeper understanding of the experiences that can accompany giftedness from perfectionism and high expectations to emotional intensity, relationships, identity, and the feeling of being different or misunderstood.
Working across different countries and cultures has also made me particularly aware of how family, culture, migration, identity, and belonging can become part of our psychological experience.
Across these different areas of my work, one idea continues to guide me: meaningful change often begins with understanding.
