Understanding recurring relationship dynamics, fear of abandonment, emotional dependency, conflict, intimacy challenges, and healthy connection.
Relationships can bring out parts of us that we don't always understand. You may find yourself becoming anxious when someone pulls away, needing reassurance but worrying that you're asking for too much, struggling to trust, avoiding closeness when things become serious, or repeatedly ending up in relationships that leave you feeling uncertain about where you stand.
Sometimes you know the pattern is happening, you may even understand it logically, but still find yourself reacting in the same way. These patterns often have a history. The way we learned to experience closeness, conflict, rejection, and emotional safety can continue to shape our relationships long after we become aware of it.
In therapy, we can slow these patterns down and understand what's happening underneath them. Together, we'll explore how your past experiences may be influencing your relationships today, what you need in order to feel safe and connected, and how you can begin relating to yourself and others in ways that feel more secure, honest, and fulfilling.
An initial consultation can help clarify the best next step.
