Service
For gifted, highly capable, and deeply reflective individuals who often feel misunderstood, disconnected, overstimulated, or out of sync with those around them.
Being gifted doesn't always feel like an advantage. You may have a mind that rarely switches off, notice things others seem to miss, feel emotions intensely, or hold yourself to standards that are almost impossible to meet. You might function very well on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, perfectionism, self-doubt, loneliness, or the feeling that you are somehow different from the people around you.
Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing where giftedness ends and everything else begins. You may have spent years adapting, making yourself smaller, questioning why certain things affect you so deeply, or wondering why being capable doesn't necessarily make life feel easier.
In our work, you don't need to make yourself less intense, less curious, or easier to understand. Together, we can explore how the way you think and experience the world connects with your emotions, relationships, expectations, and sense of self. My experience working with gifted individuals includes both psychological assessment and therapy, which allows me to understand giftedness beyond a test score and focus on the person behind it.
An initial consultation can help clarify the best next step.
