About
Dorentina Podrimqaku
I'm a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Cohesion Psychotherapy (ICP), and psychological assessment.
I am also currently undergoing advanced training in Longitudinal Trauma Therapy and Schema Therapy, deepening my understanding of how early experiences shape our emotions, relationships, and patterns of behavior. Over the years, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, trauma, addiction, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore your experiences together.
I believe therapy is not about fixing what is wrong with you. It is about understanding your story, recognizing your strengths, and finding new ways to move forward with greater clarity, self-compassion, and confidence.
